Mdemarcheur : Real Estate Platform

Context

Mdemarcheur wanted a modern platform to present the company, facilitate property search (apartments, land, cars…), and provide clients with a personal space to track their case progress in real time, while offering a powerful back-office to manage daily operations.

Solution

Complete web application composed of two main parts:

Front-office

• Presentation of the company and its services
• Advanced property search engine (apartments, land, cars…)
• Secure client area allowing to:
  • Track case progress in real time
  • Communicate with the team via an integrated chat system

Back-office

• Complete management of real estate properties
• Tracking and processing of client cases
• Management of contact requests
• Administration of agents (who can also log in)

Role & responsibilities

As a full stack developer, I participated in the design and development of the entire solution: architecture, API, user interface, search, real-time features and deployment.

Technical choices

• Frontend: Vue.js for a reactive and modern interface
• Backend: Django + PostgreSQL for robustness and data management
• Search: Meilisearch for fast and relevant searches
• Real-time: Redis (cache + pub/sub) for case tracking and chat
• Deployment: Docker for reproducible environments and simplified production deployment

• Complete platform live in production
