Author Website

Context

Author Steeve Tamayeu wanted a modern website to showcase his book, allow readers to verify promo codes, download a brochure using a single-use code, and easily register for the book signing event.

Solution

Complete website composed of two parts:

Public area

• Highlighting the author and his book
• Promo code verification
• Brochure download via single-use code
• Registration for the book signing event

Administration area

• Management of promo codes
• Management of brochure download codes (single-use)
• Viewing of registered attendees for the signing event
• Tracking and analytics

Role & responsibilities

As a full stack developer, I designed and developed the entire solution: user interfaces, business logic, code management, administration panel and deployment.

Technical choices

• Frontend: Vue.js for a modern and reactive interface
• Backend: Django for robustness and secure management of codes and registrations
